Con esto buscamos garantizar que las instituciones de respuestas cuenten con las capacidades para la atención ante inundaciones urbanas provocadas por las crecidas del río Yeguada, producto de eventos hidrometeorológicos extremos asociados a los efectos del Cambio Climático.
Esta capacitación se desarrolla en el marco del proyecto El Seibo Resiliente, una iniciativa del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente RD e implementado por la Cooperación alemana para el desarrollo, GIZ, con fondos de la Unión Europea y el BMZ.
